The 2011 Raleigh Knit Night charity knitting and crocheting group handcrafted hats, scarves, sweaters, blankets and other items for donation.
Recipients were Hospice of Wake County, Interact (victims of domestic abuse), Women’s Shelter (homeless women) and Healing Place (men and women recovering from drug addiction).
Raleigh Knit Night meets January—November, 6:30 pm, on second Wednesdays at Cameron Village Regional Library. Next meeting is November 9. Knitters and crocheters of all levels are welcome. Click on the photo to see more of their beautiful work made with love.
