Application opens online – April 1, 2026. No payments are to be sent with the application.
Deadline to submit application (not payment) – May 15, 2026
Notifications of acceptance will be emailed on or around June 1, 2026 .
Payments need to be sent after acceptance to the festival and are due by July 1, 2026.
Our festival is curated to provide the best variety for attendees. To ensure a high-quality, varied experience, all vendor submissions are juried and are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applications recieved after the deadline will be put on a wait-list and will be considered if additional spaces open up.
